The material is preserved for lasagna. Grated fresh material to fill more things like bruschetta.

As soon as any cheese, especially parmesan cheese begins to lose the taste. In addition to what you are buying canned or pre-grated and inferior products. Buy a piece of Parmesan or Wisconsin, or preferably Italian Parmesan and grate it yourself. Much better.

Personally, I think the guy is minced, by far the best. Cheese in the box do not taste sweet, and very often ends with lots of cheese grainy hard things everywhere. Freshly grated much better taste and texture. Best wishes .. I am sure that your lasagna delicious!

Use what you have. Fresh parmesan is always better, but in a sauce that you get with the use of the kind of canned meat.
