How much weight will i lose? - fibre in raisins
at 5'9 and 165 pounds.
I rly want to lose weight before the end of the summer.
If I like them:
Breakfast cereals rich in fiber (bran and raisins, All Bran and Special K), milk and fruit
Lunch: Salad (with either tuna, chicken, eggs, nuts, depending), or a sandwich (wholemeal bread)
Snack: apple + water
Dinner is fish, grilled meat (chicken, beef) or a salad, water and no dessert
and exercising 30 minutes per day

You could probably lose about 20 pounds lost! One thing I would suggest it's a bit more fruit and add a wide variety of vegetables.
For example, add a few berries or peaches with cereals and vegetables, steamed with dinner a few nights.
